Join us for the mindfulness morning trip, where the main theme is focusing on ourselves. Listen to your deepest desires and just breathe. Be present in the moment. No previous experience needed from meditation as we are gently learning together how to train and quiet our busy minds.
During the trip we will meditate while the sun is rising, tune our oatmeals and enjoy healthy herbal tea, make mindfulness snorkeling from the boat, learn how to control our breathing and if the low tide will let us, we will also stop on the bay at Koh Hee (Coral Island) to meditate on the beach rocks. Let’s find our Zen minds and ways to ourselves together!
